  1. Great products

I love my desulfators. I have been using the battery minders for years and they work great. When my mother was living 4 hours away i set up a battery minder in her garage for her riding mower. That battery lasted for 4 years. When she took it to the store for a replacement the salesman couldn't believe it had lasted that long.

As far as the on board desulfator goes i will not use it on vehicle with a computer. I tried it on a ford edge and we had problems with the ipod my wife was using. The system would randomly switch back to the radio while she was using the ipod. Removed the desulfator and that problem went away. I do however use the onboard desulfators on my riding mowers and john deere tractor. I dont hesitate to tell friends about them .

  2. Do yourself and automotive batteries a favor.

Great product! I have used the Battery Minder OBD-12 On-Board Desulfator in four different cars over many years. Additionally, I have installed them in two lawn tractors. I trickle charge both cars and tractors during cold snaps during northeastern winters and many months of being idle between mowing seasons. I have confidence that my batteries are being well maintained through frequent charging and desulfation. Batteries wear out, but there are ways to extend their lives significantly. Using this product is one of them.

  3. Do Your Battery a Favor

I have installed this same product in five different vehicles (including a small tractor) over a number of years. It de-sulphates the battery whenever the vehicle is charging on the alternator and also when on trickle charge with a VDC 1510 Maintenance Charger. On really cold New England winter nights, I simply plug in the trickle charger. It will also give an instant read on the level of battery charge. It helps keep your battery in top condition.
