We only ship to the United States.
Please Contact Us for International Orders.
We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service within the contiguous 48 states only.
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories via Priority Mail.

Need Expedited Shipping.
Have a PO Box or APO/FPO;
Are in Canada;
Would like to have your order shipped via a different method.

Registration

When you order directly from VDC Electronics, you will automatically have your warranty registered (1-year "no hassle" Money-Back Guarantee; 5-year Limited Warranty). No post cards/no forms to fill out.

Returns

You must call VDC Electronics Technical Support to recieve an RMA number prior to filling out the RMA form or sending any unit back. Purchase date must be within 5 years of purchase. Return forms recieved without an RMA Number will not processed.
Please pack your BatteryMINDer carefully and include a copy of your original reciept. If your original reciept is not available, our technicians will determine the age of your unit when you call.
PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BATTERYMINDER BEFORE SHIPPING. BATTERY MINDERS RECIEVED IN DIRTY CONDITION WILL BE RETURNED.

Anyone outside the contiguous USA purchasing any of our products must be aware that all shipping costs in sending and returning of a product for warranty repair or replacement regardless of cause, will be borne by the purchaser not VDC Electronics, Inc. or any of its resellers.
