- We only ship to the United States.
Please Contact Us for International Orders.
- We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service within the contiguous 48 states only.
- We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories via Priority Mail.

- Need Expedited Shipping.
- Have a PO Box or APO/FPO;
- Are in Canada;
- Would like to have your order shipped via a different method.

Registration
- When you order directly from VDC Electronics, you will automatically have your warranty registered (1-year "no hassle" Money-Back Guarantee; 5-year Limited Warranty). No post cards/no forms to fill out.

Returns
- You must call VDC Electronics Technical Support to recieve an RMA number prior to filling out the RMA form or sending any unit back. Purchase date must be within 5 years of purchase. Return forms recieved without an RMA Number will not processed.
- Please pack your BatteryMINDer carefully and include a copy of your original reciept. If your original reciept is not available, our technicians will determine the age of your unit when you call.
- PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BATTERYMINDER BEFORE SHIPPING. BATTERY MINDERS RECIEVED IN DIRTY CONDITION WILL BE RETURNED.

- Anyone outside the contiguous USA purchasing any of our products must be aware that all shipping costs in sending and returning of a product for warranty repair or replacement regardless of cause, will be borne by the purchaser not VDC Electronics, Inc. or any of its resellers.
